“I am so happy with the entire process! Steve was the original person that came out to give us a quote. He worked with us for a long time helping to pick out different finishes, colors, and looks for each window. He worked with us in a difficult home to provide options for making them look seamless. Because our home is older, we wanted to make sure that we would get the value out of our home if we ever decided to sell it. Steve never tried to convince us to buy the more expensive product and he was very realistic in his suggestions for us. He even left his cell phone number for us and we were able to text him questions after he left, which he responded to promptly. Our shutters came within the expected amount of time and the lady at the office was incredibly sweet and understanding about getting the shutters installed in time for a family event. Although it was not able to happen, she called me several times to make sure that it could happen when I was ready for it and worked with us very well. The man that installed the shutters, John, seemed to be a perfectionist and treated my home like it was a million dollar home. I appreciated that he took his shoes off, cleaned up his mess, adjusted the shutters so they looked nice, and then cleaned any dust off and fingerprints from each shutter. I am very particular about quality, and we had the composite shutters installed in our home. They are incredible! They have a lovely look about them and they are easy to open and close. They block out a great deal of light in our home when closed but still allow for a good amount of light during the day when they're open. I love the amount of privacy we have with these! I would highly recommend using this company because they or half the cost of their competitors with the same product."

Blind Spot was not only able to accommodate the requests but made suggestions that were helpful in choosing what we needed. We love our view and didn't want blinds or drapes on a couple of rooms. They were able to tint these windows which helped with the late afternoon sun. We love the look but not the fact that someone at the front door can see us running around picking up stuff on the way to the door. Or when solicitors come to the door and we pretend we are not home. They were able to put in shutters that are so easy to clean. Working with them was great and they respected our budget. Their prices are very competitive and the service is stellar."
